This is a used Optiplex 170L in good working condition. It has some wear/scratches on the case, however it has been tested and is fully functional. The hard drive has been fully DoD wiped. The OS is NOT included. There are no swollen/blown capacitors 

Please Note: The side panel is slightly bent in the middle, and is hard to put back on.
