Utica Bonney Tools Torque Sensing Wrench Head (TCI-250R)

The wrench has bever been used but it has been out of the box but not used.  It has been on the shelf for quite a few years and does have some minor rust spots that are shoen in the pictures.  The box and paper woek are not in great shape but they are usable
