TimeStep Permit/Gate 4600 PN 90-8046-30/C

This is a power tested unit only.  It does power up and it did pass data when connected to our local lan.  The unit's Alarm led lights up as soon as an ethernet cable is connected.  We did not connect a console cable to the unit and did not test the device further.
