The unit has been powered on and it comes up but we don't have a tape to test it with. We did hook it up to a TV and it changed the snow to a repeating zig zag pattern this is as far as we can test the unit. The unit has scuffs and scratches and a small dent on the right side. Please look closely at the pics the unit you see is the unit you will receive.
