This is a used Dell dekstop in good condition. It has some dents/scratches on the top and sides of the case (look closely at pictures above), however it has been tested and is fully functional. It has no swollen/busted capacitors on the motherboard. The hard drive has been fully DoD wiped, the OS is included. It has a Windows XP Home COA on the side.
