This Optiplex is fully tested and has Windows 10 Pro freshly installed and activated. There are minor scratches and scuffs on the case along with sticker residue and dinks on the top, middle of left and right side of the front cover panel, and top right corner on the back of the case (see pictures) but nothing serious. The system has an i7 CPU, 16GB Ram 500GB Hard Drive and a DVD-RW Drive.
