This Optiplex is fully tested and has Windows 10 Pro freshly installed and activated. There are some scratches on the top and sides of the case and sticker residue remnants on top of front cover panel (see pictures) but nothing serious. The system has an i7 CPU, 16GB Ram 500GB Hard Drive and a DVD-RW Drive.
