This Optiplex is fully tested and has Windows 10 Pro freshly installed and activated. There are scuffs and scratches on top of the case, sticker residue on top of front cover panel, and small amount of paint scraped off on the side panel, top on back, and one small spot on bottom middle left side (see pictures) but nothing serious. The system has an i5 CPU, 16GB Ram 500GB Hard Drive and a DVD-RW Drive.
