This is a new 4 pack of 5FT T8 LED retro fit tubes 26W 2800 lumen 4000K 200-240V Frosted. The bulbs are made by Seesmart. This light includes a starter replacement for in line fluorescent starters. The replacement is a 2 amp fuse not a capacitor to make the retro fit wiring easier.
