This is a new decorative compass rose that was made for a company in Texas about 25 years ago and have been in storage for many years.  Each figurine comes in the original box as pictured.  We have opened and inspected each one and found them to be in great condition with 2 exceptions.  The first is the compass dial ring is loose and will need to be re-glued.  The second is the 4 holes drilled in the front for a brass plate.  (see pictures above)
