This surface has a bad digitizer and touch is not working properly.  When touch is enabled in Windows 10 the system thinks the user is doing a long touch on the left edge of the screen and will not allow you to use the touch pad.  However disabling the touch screen in device manger allows the keyboard and mouse to function normally and the surface works well as a standard laptop.  I did find out that windows will re-enable touch after an update and you will need a wired USB mouse to turn it back off.  We also tested the touch screen in the UEFI BIOS and it does not work at all but the keyboard and touchpad work fine. The screen is a little discolored on the left and right sides see pictures.     The surface has a good battery and holds a full charge but NO AC adapter will be included.  We wiped the device and reinstalled from scratch with all updates and drivers.
