The coat liners are quilted and made of polyester batting covered with 3 plies of ripstop nylon cloth. The coat liner has open underarms, and buttonhole tabs for attachment to the coat. The coat liners have been redesigned to make these items capable of being worn independently of their respective outer garment. Buttons and buttonholes have been added to the coat front.
