This is a bald eagle statue modeled by Hai Feng Ma in Hong Kong. This eagle is about 28 years old but it is brand new in the original box with packing.  It is hand-sculptured and hand-painted.  While each statue is patterned after the original, each one is individually hand painted with its own special features or personality. The statue measures about 13" tall. Each statue is in the original box but the box was opened to verify the statue has no damage. The statue model is BW 23022
