This Optiplex is fully tested and has Windows 10 Pro freshly  installed and activated. There is some scratches and scuffs on the case from average use along with some sticker remnants on the top of the front cover plate and a minor scratch that has peeled some of the paint off on side panel (see pictures) but nothing serious. The system has an i7 CPU, 16GB Ram 500GB Hard Drive and a DVD-RW Drive.
