Dell Latitude C600 256MB RAM Pentium III 750MHz. NO HDD + NO WINDOWS. The bios system is locked on all laptops. 

1. The first laptop has a minor scuff ranging between 3in - 4.5in, mainly around the dell logo on the front. Does NOT power on. Nothing in battery bay. Overall in good used condition.
2. The keyboard it is missing the cover for the pointer stick. The top of Laptop has minor scuffs which are barley visible on the top half above the logo. Does NOT power on. Nothing in battery bay. Overall in great used condition. 
3. The keyboard Is missing the "H", "J", and, "Ctrl" keys. As well as a scratch running top to bottom on the right side of the case. This one does power on however you do have to press hard on the power button. NO battery installed. NO Battery Bay. Has CD-ROM 
4. The keyboard is missing the "B" key. The only other cosmetic issues are on the top of the case. It has little dots of paint missing on the top left corner and bottom right corner. There is a scratch starting at top going down and ending about two inches before the bottom. It has three scratches that are about 3 inches long, one on the right side and two on the left side and has minor scratches speckled across. NO CD-ROM 
5. Does turn on but you need to press down hard. Has a scuff that's about 2 inches long on top of the case, it starts at the top of the dell logo and runs upwards. As well as when the light hits the case there is a small glossy ring on the left side
