This is a used Dimension 4600 desktop in working condition. It has heavy wear/scratches on the case. It has been power tested. The DVD Drive does NOT work. The hard drive is NOT included, however the cages are. The rubber feet on the bottom are missing. It has a Windows XP Home COA sticker. 

It has no swollen/blown capacitors on the motherboard.
