• The bluetooth does not show that a device is connected to the laptop, one of the plastic pieces on the side fan has been completely broken off and a small piece of the one next to it is missing, one screw has been broken off at the screw hole, and one screw is completely missing.
• The Battery IS NOT Included as there was not one when we received the laptop. The Customer is RESPONSIBLE for getting and installing the battery.
• Windows 10 Pro was Freshly Installed and Activated.
