Arlo VMB4540 Smart Hub with 2 Arlo VMC4040P Pro 3 Cameras

There are actually 3 cameras but one is bad.  We have fully tested and set the system with the 2 good cameras and it works great.  The 3rd camera will charge the battery but will not power on. After testing the smart hub was removed from our account and factory reset.
