Q: How much do you charge for your services?

A: Truthfully there is no clear cut answer. It really depends on the service requested, type of materials being disposed of, and distance of travel.
 
Q: Do you provide free services?
A: Yes, Electronic Waste materials can be dropped off at our location for disposal Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
 
Q: Do you accept Household Hazardous Waste drop off at your location?
A: No, not at this time. We are not licensed to store Household Hazardous Waste in our warehouses. We are only licensed to collect and transport the materials to the final disposal facility. We provide this service generally for communityies on City Wide Clean Up Days.
 
Q: I have some old car batteries will you accept them at your location?
A: Yes, Lead Acid Batteries (car, truck, boat, tractor, etc.) can be dropped off.
 
Q: Do you accept air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers?
A: Yes, but these types of items must be evacuated of all freon prior to drop off or a $25.00 freon evacuation charge is required for each non evacuated item.

Q: What types of electronic data destruction do you perform?
A: We can magnetically degauss media, wipe to DOD standards, and physically destroy all media types. Please see our Data Destruction Page
 
Q: Do you have the ability to remove and transport large computer equipment such as Mainframe and Midrange systems?
A: Yes. Our deinstall teams have over 20 years of experience in the removal and transport of large Mainframe Equipment. We have deinstalled systems in some of the largest data centers in the world.
 
Q: Do you offer NO COST SOLUTIONS for end of life valued assets?
A: Yes. Valued End Of Life assets can be remarketed on a Revenue Sharing Basis.
 
Q: Our company has 500 Hard Drives that require Data Destruction how much do you charge?
A: For Data Wiping, Drives 20GB or less are $5.00 each & $.10 per GB up to 99GB. Drives 100GB and larger are a flat fee of $10.00 each. If NO Data Wiping is required there is no charge to destroy the drives.
 
Q: Our drives still have good market value. Can they be resold to cover our cost and get money back?
A: Yes. If your drives can be sold, all FEES will be deducted from the revenue and the balance divided between our company and yours on a predetermined split (Revenue Share).
 
Q: We have a large number of EOL assets (Laptops, Desktops, Servers, etc.) we need to dispose of. What's the first step?
A: Contact us. We will evaluate your list of assets and make suggestions based on current market values and quantities.
 
Q: Do you buy EOL assets?
A: Yes. If a customer has valued EOL assets and does not wish to participate in Revenue Sharing we can make a buy out offer based on current market value and item condition.
